returns policy

if you are not satisfied with your purchase, then please contact as soon as possible after receiving it (within 30 days), and we will do our very best to rectify it for you.

to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, and you must return your product to us. you will need to cover the cost of a return; but once we have received it, you will be given a store credit for your postage costs.

note on personalised items: please double check and triple check your spelling and wording when ordering any personalisation, as your item will be made to order with the lettering you provide. we cannot offer refunds on personalised items as they are custom made for you (unless they are faulty).
